The Anthony Fossett Foundation has been organized to engage primarily, if not exclusively, in charitable, educational, and literary activities.  Specifically, the foundation intends to lend financial and other assistance to existing like-minded non-profit organizations in achieving their charitable goals; provide need and merit based academic scholarships to talented youth who seek to pursue the formal study of music; organize periodic seminars featuring music industry professionals to educate young aspiring musicians about the production and business of music; provide financial, management, and other expertise to young aspiring musicians to assist them in conceiving and executing their plan for producing and marketing their music; and organize periodic food, clothing, and cold weather protection gift distribution centers for low income and homeless people.
